What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all Osaki chairs. The item must be in its original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
How do I know if a specific chair will fit in my home?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions for both the upright and fully reclined positions. We also provide 'Wall Hugger' models that require as little as 2-4 inches of clearance from the wall to fully recline.
Is assembly required when the chair arrives?
Many Osaki models come mostly pre-assembled in 1 or 2 boxes. You may need to attach the footrest or side panels. If you prefer a hands-off experience, we highly recommend selecting our White Glove Delivery service.
