At Osaki Massage Chairs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your chair within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking fees and shipping terms.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your chair to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the massage chair is in its original condition and securely repacked in the original factory packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Transportation
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a specialized white-glove freight carrier to pick up the unit directly from your residence.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
